The association was officially formed by Ian Manning & Bruce Gill at a public meeting on Thursday 4th September 2008.
All residents can consider themselves as members, active or not, and the committe charged with overall running of the direction of the association is:

Vice-Chair: Bruce Gill
Treasurer: Tim Walker
Secretary: Shiri Zilberman
Association Officers: Clive Keeler, Munmohan Virdee, Layla Hall, Sam Calverley
Association Social Committe: Liz Kerr, Liz Keith, Shweta Mathur
This committee was elected at a meeting open to all residents of VIE on Wednesday the 27th of May 2009
